Clement Hamel On May 1st of this year, the Montreal branch of Youki Ramen opened on Laurier avenue. The owner and operator Shinichi Hara, originally from Hiroshima, arrived in Montreal in November 2023 and worked for almost a year on the opening of the restaurant.
